smoked fish, however, would easily qualify as kosher - and therefore not meet the requirements of a horowitz brand mean endeavor, no? i suggest slathering just a little bit 'o pig on whatever fish you smoke, thereby ensuring its tasty repugnance before god.
i meant 'meat' not mean. though it is mean to pigs.
